To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is necessary, with the full payment required a few weeks prior to the trek departure. In the event of cancellations, we understand that circumstances can change, and our policy reflects this flexibility. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trek may qualify for a partial refund, while cancellations made within 30 days of departure are typically non-refundable.
